In Dec 2006, Motorplus launched DC motor process which included key components such as Rear Housing and Lamination from stamping process, Endcap and Brush Holder from Plastic injection, Flange from die-casting process etc. Cosumer electronics products are changing more and more smart and automatical. Motorplus extended to micro gearbox. Motor Gear Unit is main business in Motorplus. 

In order to setup high precision inspection, we built up laboratory for durability test. In laboratory, it has motor performance tester, vibration device, chamber for constant humidity, noise, stalt spray, high and low temperature etc. This can help us from motor design until Motor Gear Unit with positive test report.  

Motorplus can supply different motor that include PMDC motor, BLDC motor, Stepper motor and Coreless motor. We also provide customized design with different Gearbox. Gears are made from plastic injection, sintering/ MIM, and hobbing process. Key parameter of Rated Torque, Rated Speed and Current can be calculated based on different product technical requrements.
